What is Deliverables?

Deliverables is a deliverable tracking and CRM application built specifically for entrepreneurs and small businesses. It helps you organize projects, track deliverables, manage files, collaborate with your team, and share progress with clients through a secure guest portal.

How much does it cost?

We offer three plans to fit different needs:

  • Free: Perfect for getting started with 3 active projects, 500 MB storage, and basic features
  • Solo ($10/month): For freelancers with 25 active projects, 20 GB storage, and advanced features like guest portal and custom workflows
  • Team ($25/month): For growing teams with 100 active projects, 100 GB storage, and everything in Solo plus priority support

All plans include per-organization billing, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. No credit card required to start.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No! You can start using Deliverables completely free with no credit card required. The Free plan gives you access to core features so you can see if Deliverables is right for you. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.

What is the Guest Portal?

The Guest Portal is a secure way to share project content with clients and external stakeholders. You can generate access codes, selectively publish deliverables and files, and control what your clients see. Guests can access the portal using an access code without needing full access to your organization. This feature is available on Solo and Team plans.

How does file version control work?

File version control prevents conflicts when multiple people need to work on the same file. When you check out a file, it's locked for editing by others. After you make your changes and check the file back in, a new version is created and the old version is saved to history. You can restore any previous version at any time. This feature is available on Solo and Team plans.

Can I customize my workflow stages?

Yes! Organization admins and owners can create custom stage flows that match your specific process. For example, you might create a flow like "Planning → Design → Development → QA → Deployment" instead of using the default stages. You can also set custom badge colors and define which stages are initial and final. This feature is available on Solo and Team plans.

What is AI Assistance?

Deliverables includes an AI assistant that can help you navigate the application, answer questions about workflows, and provide guidance on features. You can access the AI assistant from the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page once logged in. The assistant remembers your conversation context and can help with grammar checking and answering questions about using Deliverables.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes! Deliverables supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via Google OAuth 2.0. You can sign up or sign in using your Google account. The system automatically handles account selection for both the internal application and guest portal, so you can have separate accounts if needed.

How do email notifications work?

You can configure your email preferences to receive instant notifications for to-do assignments, comments, file uploads, and project updates. You can also opt in to daily or weekly summary emails that give you an overview of tasks, overdue items, and upcoming deliverables. All email preferences can be customized in your profile settings.

How secure is my data?

Security is a top priority. The application includes comprehensive audit logging, error tracking, and supports multi-factor authentication (MFA/TOTP) for additional account security.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your organization will revert to the Free plan limits. You can also reactivate your subscription at any time.

How do I get help or support?

If you need help, you can access the in-app help center from your dashboard. For technical issues or questions, you can create a support ticket directly from the application. Team plan subscribers receive priority support. You can also check the documentation for detailed guides on features and workflows.
